This policy explains what Launch Outward (launchoutward.com) collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you send a launch brief we receive the details you enter (such as your product, description, timing, name and the contact details you choose to share) together with basic page and campaign information: the page you landed on, the page you sent the brief from, the referring website and any UTM campaign tags. We do not store your IP address with your brief.

How we use it

We use your brief only to review your enquiry, reply to you and plan your launch. Page and campaign information helps us understand how people find Launch Outward.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Briefs are stored privately on our server and website copies are deleted after 365 days. A notification with your brief may also be sent to our private team messaging inbox. We do not sell your information or share it with creators without your approval.

Your browser

While you fill in the form, a draft is kept in your own browser so you do not lose it. It is removed when you send the brief or select “Clear draft”. Visit information for the current session is kept in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your brief at any time by replying to our message or sending a new brief that says so.
